What are your loan terms?

- 6-to=24 months for bridge, rehab, and construction loans;
- 30-year=fixed, IO (interest only), or 5/7/10 Year ARMS for rental loans
Do you finance home mortgages?
Answer: we do not finance owner occupied residential properties.
How long does it take to close my loan?
ANSWER: 2 to 5 weeks

Do you report to credit bureaus?

Do I need an LLC or Corporation?

ANSWER: Yes
Do you lend to foreign nationals?
ANSWER: YES
